Stand up, and close your eyes. And bring your awareness to your breath. Inhale deeply, filling your lungs with the lifeforce of the universe... And exhale slowly. Let's do this again... Inhale deeply and exhale slowly releasing any tension or worries. Relax further with each breath and feel more centered. Notice your breath as it passes in and out of your body. Now become aware of your body and all the sensations within your body. Notice your limbs standing firmly rooted deeply to the earth. Now shift your awareness to your core, taping into your inner strength and resilience. Now move your attention to your heart, your courageous heart, your beautiful heart, and feel it briming with love and joy for your life and for yourself. Now move your attention to your neck and your head lifting them high and feel a sense of confidence and dignity surge through you. Now, expand your awareness to the space around your body. Move your awareness farther and tune in to the endless space above you, beyond you, and around you. Stay there, moment by moment. Tap into its vibrant energy. Sense it and feel it. Now, think of your desired future, your goal and your dream. Think of your design and your creation and feel inspired and excited. Mentally rehearse your design for your future. And now, open your eyes, and walk... walk towards your desired future and your new reality taking one perfect step at a time. Visualize your goal; the future you desire. Be moved! Be empowered. And believe in yourself. And what does your future self look like and feel like? What choices would you make? See yourself living your highest potential experiencing joy, abundance, and fulfillment. And walk with purpose towards this beautify destiny that is yours. The future belongs to you. Walk this journey of life transformation. And with each step, shed the weight of uncertainties, limitations, and fears. Visualize your dreams! Visualize your plan! Now feel the emotions that are associated with this new reality. Happiness... Contentment... Gratitude... Vitality... Peace and love. Walk towards your destiny with purpose and leave all that behind that comes between you and your dreams. And each step is a conscious choice to let go and embrace the new. So how would your future self behave? How would your future self feel? What experiences and situations would you draw to yourself with this new reality, with this new design? Mentally rehearse every scenario that is aligned with your new reality. How would you feel? How would you behave? How would you communicate? What actions and thoughts would emerge? Feel invincible full of courage and confidence you walk this journey of transformation. Walk with purpose. Walk with unwavering clarity of where you're going and what your destination looks like to you. Visualize your plan one more time so it resonates within your consciousness. And now... slow your pace down and put your hand on your heart. Anchor these thoughts and intentions and emotions firmly in your consciousness. And remember this feeling. Absorb this tremendous energy you have cultivated. And now gently walk towards a place where it is safe to sit down. Now sit down or lie-down and relax. Let the power of your intentions shape your new reality. And surrender your design, your plan, to the divine that is around you and within you, the force that loves you so much. Let the divine organize your plan and your creation in a way that is perfect for you. And feel a moment of gratitude as though the blessings have already unfolded in your life. And carry this sense of empowerment, these emotions, these feelings with you as you step back into your day. And now, bring your awareness back to your breath. Inhale slowly and exhale. Do it one more time... Inhale slowly, and gently, exhale. and when you feel complete, when you feel centered, when you feel inspired, you may gently open your eyes. To love, light, and letting go...
