This is a guided meditation that is intended for focusing your mind and your energy to healing.

Let's begin.
Close your eyes and sit comfortably.
Sit with your back straight and fold your hands together.
Now take a deep breath in and exhale slowly.
Do it again; Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly.
Now, bring your attention to your nostrils .
Notice the coolness of the air as you inhale and the warmth as you exhale.
Keep your awareness on your breath.
There's nothing else to do and nowhere else to be.
Into this time, this place, this moment.
Just allow the breath to settle into a natural rhythm and follow it closely as it enters and leaves your body.
Keep your attention on your breath.
If your mind has wandered, gently bring it back to your breath.
Stay present with your breath.
Let your thoughts come and go. Don't engage with them.
Stay present in the moment
If your mind has wandered, gently bring it back to your breath.
Notice every inhale and exhale that passes in and out of your body.
Keep your attention on your breath.
Now, gently shift your attention to your left foot, your left toes, your left ancle, left knee, and your entire left leg and thigh
Now, move your awareness to your right foot,  right toes,  right ancle, right knee, and your entire right leg and thigh.
Imagine a deep sense of relaxation washing over your legs and feet soothing and calming.
Now, direct your attention to the area around your hips, your gentile area.
Now, move upwards to the pit of your stomach, your lower back, and your lower abdomen.
Feel yourself sinking deeply into relaxation releasing any tension or stress.
Now continue this journey of awareness upward to your chest and your heart.
Feel the rhythm of your heart. The steady pulse of life coursing through  you.
With each breath, sense your heart expanding with joy, and love, and compassion for yourself and your life.
Now, gently move your awareness to your shoulders and your neck allowing them to relax and any tightness to melt away.
Lower your shoulders.
Feel the wight lifting off your shoulders as if a burden has been gently released.
Now turn your awareness to your arms and your hands.
Remember, energy follows awareness.
Feel the tingling energy flow to your fingertips reminding you of your inner strength.
Now, focus on your head and your face.
Imagine a gentle cares on your forehead soothing away any lingering stress.
Now bring your awareness to your ears, your cheeks, your eyes, and jaw. 
Allow the muscles around your eyes to soften and relax the jaw where your store tension through the day.
Move your attention to the crown of your head and the back of your head.
visualize clarity of thought and purpose.
Now, step your awareness outside your body and sense the space around your entire body.
Tune in, into the endless vast space around you.
Sense it and feel it.
This vast space around you.
Now, feel the presence and the abundant healing and loving energy around you and within you.
Feel its presence.
This force, this intelligence that loves you so much
Feel its presence.
Sense it... feel it.
Embrace the peace and tranquility of this moment.
Now gently bring your attention back to your nostrils.
Notice the coolness of the air as you inhale and the warmth as you exhale.
Stay present with your breath.
Keep your attention on your breath.
And now it's time to bring this meditation to a close.
So bring your awareness back to the surroundings.
And when you feel complete, when you feel centered, you may open your eyes.
